External Living | Private Pool & Outdoor Dining
Set within a sprawling 1,000 m² outdoor space, Liodentra Villa is a dreamlike escape that celebrates refined outdoor living. Immerse yourself in the luxury of a vast 120 m² private heated (with extra fee) swimming pool (1,50 meters deep), complete with built-in sunbeds and a six-seater spa whirlpool, perfect for unwinding under the warm Greek sun. A dedicated children's pool compartment (0,50 meters deep) ensures that young guests can splash around as an extra touch of fun.

Lounge in the plush gazebos, relax on premium sunbeds, or refresh yourself under the outdoor shower. Savor al fresco dining at the shaded pergola-covered area, complete with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen featuring a gas BBQ, refrigerator, oven, sink, and stovetop. A cozy fire pit lounge, ideal for gathering under the stars is also available next to the pool.
 As night falls, gather by the flickering fire pit and indulge in magical movie nights under the stars, thanks to the villa’s unique outdoor cinema experience. A range of recreational amenities awaits, including a ping pong table, a basketball hoop, a table football, and a children’s playground to keep younger guests entertained.

The unique villa features a SaltWater Pool, featuring lower chlorine levels, which makes it gentler on the eyes and skin during use.

Spanning a generous 500 m² indoor area, Liodentra Villa is meticulously designed for relaxation, luxury & wellness. Each of the seven bedrooms boasts en-suite bathrooms, balconies with sweeping views of the sea or countryside, and deluxe bedding & can accommodate up to 21 guests in real beds.

There is a specially designed area on this floor, boasting a family-friendly indoor play area complete with a climbing wall, children's toys, and a cozy sitting with TV.

There is also gym equipment, including a treadmill, exercise bike, two yoga mats, exercise ball and multi-gym. Entertainment abounds with a dedicated cinema room on the lower floor, boasting an 85" Smart TV, PlayStation PS5 and an immersive home cinema system. For the wellness lovers a serene massage room (with shower cabin) and a rejuvenating sauna (with shower cabin plus a WC) await to welcome you. 



Your Home Stay Includes
Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner • Housekeeping service with fresh towels and linen changes every four days (included for stays of 6 nights and above) • Pool and garden maintenance twice per week • Baby cot, high chair, plastic (non-breakable) children plates, and cups are available.

There is secure parking space at the Villa’s premises for six cars • The property is well-equipped with: Fridge with freezer, electric oven & stove, Nespresso machine (capsules), Frappe machine, Filter coffee maker, Microwave, Food processor, Kettle, Toaster, Juice maker, Dishwasher, Washing machine & Tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, Hairdryer, First aid kit, Fire extinguishers, Smoke detectors, Fully equipped kitchen.

Outdoor Pool, Children's Pool Compartment & Whirlpool Heating Policy:

- Pool, Children's Pool Compartment & Whirlpool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.

- Preferred Months | Pool, Children's Pool Compartment & Whirlpool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool, children's pool compartment & whirlpool to reach the optimal temperature.

- Additional Fees | 100€/day
- Booking Duration | Pool, Children's Pool Compartment & Whirlpool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.

- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.
