Cradled by the untamed beauty of Tragaki, where rugged land kisses the endless blue, Akra Villa stands gracefully on the edge—as its name suggests. In Greek, Akra means “the edge,” a fitting tribute to this striking sea-view sanctuary perched between earth and sky. Designed for effortless family living and quiet moments of stillness, this retreat captures the true soul of Zakynthos. Wander barefoot through its tranquil grounds, dine beneath the stars, or set out to discover Zakynthos’ hidden coves and villages. Set across 800m² of thoughtfully designed outdoor living, the villa offers a 30m² private pool (1.40m depth), bespoke loungers, and panoramic sea views. An alfresco dining area with a charcoal BBQ & sink, sets the stage for lingering lunches and starlit dinners. Crafted for quiet romance and meaningful family moments, this retreat is a celebration of barefoot living—where every detail invites you to slow down and simply be. A private garage for two vehicles ensures a seamless arrival into your sea-view haven.


Internal Living | Beds&Baths

Gracefully unfolding over two levels and 150m² of curated interiors, the villa blends minimalist elegance with warm, grounded design. Every space has been considered—calm, cohesive, and connected to the rhythm of island life. Three serene bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, offer privacy and restorative sleep. A sleek guest WC sits conveniently near the main living space on the ground floor, ensuring comfort and ease. At the heart of the villa, an open-plan living and dining area flows effortlessly into a fully equipped kitchen—creating a space made for gathering, unwinding, and slow mornings. Sunlight pours in from the terrace doors, drawing you out toward the pool and the endless blue beyond. Designed to host up to seven guests—with six in sumptuously appointed beds and one on the generous living room sofa—this is a home where comfort meets quiet seclusion, made for moments of togetherness and tranquility.

Your Home Stay Includes

Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner • Housekeeping, towels, and linen changes every four days • Pool and garden cleaning twice per week • Baby cot, high chair, plastic (non-breakable) children plates, and cups are available.

There is secure parking space in a garage at the Villa’s premises for two cars • The property is well-equipped with: Fridge with freezer, electric oven & stove, Nespresso machine (regular capsules), Frappe machine, Filter coffee maker, Microwave, Food processor (multi), Kettle, Toaster, Juice maker, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Iron & ironing board, Hairdryer, First aid kit, Fire extinguisher, Smoke detectors, Fully equipped kitchen.
