*Please Note : Just in front of the villa, you’ll find a quaint, family-run taverna—a true hidden gem where you can enjoy freshly prepared local dishes during your stay. A small, quiet road separates the villa from the restaurant and also leads directly to the beach, just 50 metres away, offering both convenience and a taste of authentic local life. Some parts of the villa’s outdoor areas may be lightly overlooked at times. We wish to ensure our guests are fully informed, so you can relax and enjoy the warm, laid-back atmosphere that comes with being so close to the beach and this charming part of the neighbourhood.

Earthy textures, minimalist lines, and warm sunlit tones create a soothing backdrop for effortless island living—each detail thoughtfully shaped by the homeowners’ refined journeys, blending inspirations from global travels with the authentic spirit of Zakynthos. At the heart of the home on the ground level, an open-plan living space blends seamlessly with a state-of-the-art living room and kitchen, forming a sanctuary for connection, conversation, and slow, shared meals with direct access to the infinity pool. A sleek, walk-in guest bathroom and a fully equipped sea-view gym—with access to the pool—complete this thoughtfully composed ground floor. Upstairs, the first floor features two elegant double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and uninterrupted sea views—private havens designed for deep rest and calm.
