Rising from the ground in a statement of architectural glory, this lavish villa is the ultimate luxury pad for your dream family gathering. Designed with film set scenery in mind & with surreal art this unique home has it all ! Be whisked away into a world of utter extravagance at this flamboyant large one acre retreat in the sea side Agia Pelagia, only a ten minutes drive from Heraklion lively city. The House fuses inspirational exteriors with a sea view setting, providing the sanctuary you crave for a together-time retreat. From summer days spent lounging by the pool to atmospheric evenings huddled around the outdoor dinning area, this luxury self-catering home in Crete was designed with ultimate care by the homeowner. With plenty of space for the whole family to unfurl in, here is a home where loved ones ( can host up to 10 guests) can set themselves free. The luxury sea view villa features two separate homes each with their owner open plan kitchen and living room. Both homes are connected with a luxurious lower lever wellness and entertainment area.

External Living | Pool & Garden
Ensconced within 5.000sqm abundance of space, a 60sqm private infinity pool, sensory lounge settings & BBQ facilities for culinary wonders this villa has been designed for family gatherings in mind. Wander between the plentiful seatings scattered around the gardens, swim at the outdoor swimming pool or simply sink into the pool and let all worries of life wash away as the moon rises in all its glory overhead. While fair weather days will mostly be spent poolside or grass between toes, evenings promise a sociable affair, from games room forays to al fresco suppers. An idyllic home for multi-generational escapes, younger members of the group are free to enjoy an indoor home cinema Netflix adventure, while there’s time aplenty for parents to enjoy crisp G&Ts under the pergola overlooking the sea. Wildlife watching, bracing morning walks and natural swimming are all optional, but well-deserved holiday break is guaranteed. The luxury villa also features and outdoor half-court basketball space, outdoor playground and covered parking space for up to 8 cars. A private Greek chapel is also available in the villa premises making it a unique villa for weddings.

The luxury villa includes two separate fully equipped homes, each featuring their own sea view living room & open plan kitchens. Set up a movie marathon in the lavishing interior of the indoor home cinema room ( featuring a bar) on long summer nights. With two iconic kitchens designed with chefs in mind and five luxurious bedrooms, for long, lazy lie-ins, here is a home which will whisk you away from routine and land you in heaven. Four bedrooms feature king-size beds & en suite bathroom, whilst one more bedrooms feature a queens bed and has access to a shared bathroom. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests in real beds.

Spa Whirlpool Policy :
- The Whirlpool is available upon request & 1 week notice prior arrival is mandatory to have it prepared for your stay.

Kindly note that according to the Villa’s booking policy, a security deposit of 500 euros is required, which shall be paid in cash at your arrival directly to the homeowner and will be returned to you on your departure day.

There is secure parking space at the Villa’s premises for 8 cars. Additional cars, can be also accommodated outside of the villa • The property is well-equipped with Fridge with freezer, Electric stove with oven, Nespresso & Filter coffee machine, Microwave, Food Processor (Multi), Kettle, Sandwich Maker, Toaster, Juice Maker, Dishwasher, Washing & Drying Machine, Iron & Board, Hair dryer, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Smoke Detector, Two fully equipped kitchens!
