The Villa offers a convenient location, as it is settled within 250 meters walking distance to super market and within 270 meters (less than 5 minutes walking distance) to local taverna, local cafe/ snack shop & bakery (delivery available for breakfast ). Alongside the setting-the-scene ambiance with unique designed interiors and luxurious exteriors, this retreat set the scene for those looking for an unforgettable holiday experience and beats a free-spirited rhythm throughout.

With rural setting surrounding it, here is a private luxurious home which not only complements the scenery in which it sits, but enhances it. Its close-to-the-elements setting offers pure rejuvenation for the soul. Lovers will relish lazy mornings entwined between the sheets gazing out to the shimmering views & fall asleep to the sound of the cool breeze. Blending into the dramatic landscape, this is an ideal property to enjoy this sophisticated island in private mode and full relaxation with family or favourite friends.


External Living | Private Pool & BBQ

This captivating home lays in 600m² outdoor area - with 250m² lawn area and is embellished with a 40m² private heated (with extra fee) swimming pool (1,50 meters deep). Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (Gas BBQ- portable- with gas hob also) under sunset skies, on the shaded outdoor dinning area. The BBQ area is also embellished with sink, fridge, cutlery, dishes and glasses for your utmost convenience. The outdoor area is the perfect location for ice-cold G&Ts, taking in the scenes and watching the sun’s journey. With bespoke outdoor settings & tableware, it is an ideal holiday escape for those who seek the ultimate summery living and an unforgettable holiday experience.

Bonus - Family Friendly:

Designed for ultimate play time, the retreat features also an outdoor playground (a wooden play house with slide, climbing frame, swing) for our younger guests, a ping pong table and football net with a ball to master your skills, as well as a trampoline inspiring adventure and togetherness.

Fitness equipment is also available, for those who don’t want to get out of shape during their holiday, including an elliptical machine, yoga mats, weights and pilates ball.



* The ground floor of the Villa is accessible by wheelchair, however, the facilities and bathroom are not specifically designed for wheelchair access.


Internal Living | Bedrooms & Bathrooms
This captivating Villa boasts exquisite interiors that exude a certain ethereal elegance, in its 200m² indoor space. Offering a bespoke design, the exclusive Villa boasts four bedrooms & four en suite bathrooms, each flaunting a distinctive look and feel. With an abundance of al fresco activities in which to immerse yourself, you're unlikely to venture too far afield when you take exclusive hire of the Villa.


The Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests in real beds and one extra guest can be accommodated in the couch or in a folding bed which can be provided upon request, at one of the bedrooms of the first floor. The maximum capacity is 10 guests.

Stately graces and sumptuous furnishings create a real feast for the eye throughout the luxury cosy living spaces: • Kitchen & Dining area, Living Room featuring a 65’’ Smart TV and direct access to the terrace • Bedroom with King Size bed (1,80x2,00), En suite bathroom with shower cabin, Smart TV 32” , access to balcony.


Bonus :

There is also a specially designed workspace next to the dining area ( Beelink SER5 Mini PC, desk & comfortable hair) in case you need to work during holidays. Even if you are spending only a few hours a day there, we want to make sure that you make the most out of it. A Playstation console is also available (PS4) with two controllers & some games for your utmost convenience.

Bonus - Baby Friendly 

The Villa is well equipped with all the necessary equipment a family travelling with a baby will need, including: two baby cots, a high chair, baby bassinet (until 6 months) , baby nest, baby booster seat (for chair), Plastic (non-breakable) plates and cups, Baby Monitor, Steriliser, Baby Bathtub, Baby Bouncer (Relax), Stair Gates & Baby Stroller ( 3 in 1) - which can be provided upon request.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 3 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 80 €/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.

Our unique villa features an eco-friendly Pool, where water disinfection is achieved through a salt electrolysis system offering a natural swimming experience, with nearly zero chemical usage.
