Honey-hued in appearance and sweet in nature, Sweet Sunshine Villas, embody the very essence of Cretan country-chic. Idyllically situated in Agia Village and close to Perama, complete with 500m2 private land and two outdoor 30m2 private pools (one of them can be heated with additional fee). Inside is a perfect coming-together of modern design and classic architecture where you may find, 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 2 Living Rooms with Fully equipped kitchens making it an ideal multigenerational holiday home for 16 guests to come together. The sublime villas, can welcome up to 12 guests in real beds & 4 additional guests are welcome also and can sleep at the two available folding sofas located in the living rooms. The maximum capacity of the villa is 16 guests.

Lounge in the summer warmth by the two outdoor pools and lounge garden area with a glass of wine and gather together for long nights of home cooked food and deep, roaring laughter while admiring the views.

External Living | 2 x Private Pools, Spa Whirlpool(non-heated) & BBQ
This captivating home lays in 500m² outdoor area and is embellished with two 30m² private swimming pools (1,50 meters deep, one of them can be heated with additional fee | for stays of more than 10 nights, pool heating service will be offered complimentary), also boasting an in-pool 6-seater jacuzzi (non-heated) in one of the pools. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (Gas BBQ) under sunset skies, on the shaded outdoor shaded dinning area. The outdoor area is the perfect location for ice-cold G&Ts, taking in the scenes and watching the sun’s journey. With bespoke outdoor settings & tableware, it is an ideal holiday escape for those who seek the ultimate summery living and an unforgettable holiday experience.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 3 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 50 €/day. For stays of more than 10 nights, pool heating service will be offered complimentary.
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.

Bonus - Family Friendly
For children's play time, the retreat also features an artificial lawn play area with a playground for our younger guests. A ping pong table and a trampoline is also available for endless play time with loved ones.

Internal Living | Bedroom & Bathrooms
The living experience radiates a chic elegance and a wonderfully laidback ambiance that enhances the comfort level of guests. This captivating retreat boast two homes with exquisite interiors that exude a certain ethereal elegance, in its 230m² indoor space. The lavish 2 available living-cum-dining spaces with first-class equipment ensuring meals of the highest quality, will bring an ever-present sense of contemporary comfort to your endless days of leisure. Offering a bespoke design, the exclusive homes boasts 6 bedrooms & seven bathrooms, two living rooms with two fully equipped kitchens, each flaunting a distinctive look and feel - and can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests in real beds, as well as four extra guests can be accommodated at the sofas of the two available living rooms. The maximum capacity is 16 guests.

Living Room (featuring a 55’’ Smart TV) & Dining area & Kitchen, the area offers direct access to the pools terrace • Two extra guests can be accommodated at the couch. • A Twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom walk-in shower, featuring two single beds (0.80x.2.00) that can be joined with a topper upon request & form a Queens bed (1.60x2.00) with direct access to the pool & terrace • A shared bathroom with shower cabin is also available on the ground floor, featuring also a washing & drying machine for both homes available to use.

Home 1 : First Floor
Two bedrooms lay on this floor, each featuring access to a balcony • Master Bedroom with Queen Size bed (1.60x2.00) with access to 50m2 balcony & en-suite bathroom with walk in shower • Double bedroom, featuring a Queen Size bed (1.60x2.00), with access to the 50m2 balcony and also access to another private veranda & en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Home 2 (Ground Floor) | 3 Bedrooms & 3 Bathrooms (can sleep 8 guests)
Living Room (featuring a 65’’ Smart TV) & Dining area & Kitchen, the area offers direct access to the pools terrace • Two extra guests can be accommodated at the couch. • A Twin bedroom featuring two single beds (0.80x.2.00) that can be joined with a topper upon request & form a Queens bed (1.60x2.00) with direct access to the pool & terrace • A shared bathroom with shower cabin is also available on the ground floor, featuring also a washing & drying machine for both homes available to use. • Two Double bedrooms, featuring a Queen Size bed (1.60x2.00), with access to the pool & en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Your Home Stay Includes
Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner • Housekeeping, towels and linen changes once per week • Pool and garden cleaning twice per week • Two Baby cots & High chairs, Children’s plastic (non-breakable) plates and cups, are available upon request.

There is secured parking space inside the Villa’s premises for up to 3 cars • The property is well-equipped with Two Fully equipped Kitchens Both featuring : Fridge with freezer, Electric stove with oven, Espresso Machine (capsules), Filter coffee machine, Microwave, Kettle, Sandwich Maker, Toaster, Juice Maker, Food Processor (Multi), Washing & Drying Machine (only available in home 1), Iron & Board, Hair dryer in each bedroom, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Safety Box, Smoke Detector.
