Enjoy the luxury comforts of this extraordinary villa, laying in 4 acre outdoor area. Dip your toes in the crystal clear waters of the 120 m² private swimming pool ( 1,40 meters deep), embellished with a built-in Spa Whirlpool (six seater) and a special children’s pool compartment (3x3 & 0,50 meters deep). Relax under the warmth of the Greek sun on the premium sun beds or one of the lounge areas. From the impeccable still life artwork design to the stimulating outdoor settings, the villa’s enclosed setting is a real lure, inspiring even the most discerning of guests.



Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (Gas BBQ) under sunset skies, on the shaded outdoor dinning area with pergola. There is also an outdoor kitchen equipped with all the essentials in order for you to enjoy culinary homemade delicacies; electric oven and gas hobs, sink, fridge, dishwasher, cutlery, dishes and glasses. The outdoor lounge & dining area is the perfect location for ice-cold G&Ts, also embellished with a 60” Smart TV. With spacious outdoor settings & tableware, it is an ideal holiday escape for those who seek the ultimate summery living and an unforgettable holiday experience.

Designed for ultimate play time, the retreat features also an outdoor playground (a wooden play house with slide, climbing frame, swings) for our younger guests, a ping pong table to master your skills and four bicycles to inspire adventure and togetherness.

Designed with relaxation in mind, the exclusive Villa boasts seven bedrooms & eight bathrooms (plus an outdoor WC ), each flaunting a distinctive look and feel. With an abundance of al fresco activities in which to immerse yourself, you're unlikely to venture too far afield when you take exclusive hire of the Villa.


The luxurious Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests in real beds and 3 extra guests can be accommodated in two single sofa-beds and one couch. The maximum capacity is 17 guests.

For Relaxation
Aesthea Exclusive Villa was designed with relaxation and good times in mind; lounge in the summer warmth by the outdoor pool, sink into squishy sofas with a glass of wine and gather together in the open-plan kitchen-dining area for long nights of home cooked food and deep, roaring laughter. On bright days, let children roam free in the garden worthy of any game of hide and seek.

Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner • Daily Housekeeping is included (vacuuming, moping of the floors, dusting, cleaning of bathrooms & kitchen) • Towels and linen changes every 4 days • Pool and garden cleaning twice per week • 3 Baby cots, 3 High chairs, Baby bathtub, Stair Gates, Children toys, Children’s plastic (non-breakable) plates and cups are available upon request.
