Villa Rose is a bespoke retreat in Skaleta, just 3 minutes from the beach & Crete’s coastline. Crafted from local stone with contemporary architecture, it harmonises natural textures with sophisticated comfort. With 4 bedrooms sleeping up to 9 guests, it’s designed for effortless indoor–outdoor living across sunlit terraces. Unwind by the pool or in the hydromassage whirlpool, while children enjoy their own pool, play area and ping-pong—ideal for refined family stays & relaxed celebrations.

Villa Rose is a refined stay for families and close companions who appreciate comfort and considered design. The residence welcomes up to 9 guests across four beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom for effortless ease. Indoors, the atmosphere is warm and harmonious—spaces are curated for both connection and calm, with a dedicated playroom for younger guests and a private gym for moments of wellness and renewal. Outdoors, the terrace centres around a striking 100m² swimming pool (heating available at an additional cost), complemented by a 5m² children’s pool and a whirlpool with hydromassage settings, created for restorative unwinding. A poolside play area offers a joyful haven for little ones, while generous outdoor lounges invite long, unhurried days beneath the open sky. For effortless al fresco dining, a shaded outdoor BBQ area sets the scene for leisurely lunches and sunset suppers. Composed for easy family living and balanced leisure, Villa Rose delivers a stay where shared time, comfort, and gentle recreation come naturally.

Villa Rose is part of a private two-villa complex. Each villa enjoys its own private pool and facilities, though please note that some outdoor areas may be overlooked due to the layout of the enclave. Guests have exclusive use of Villa Rose, with full private access to all indoor and outdoor areas of the property.


External Living | Private Heated Pool , Spa Whirlpool & Children’s Facilities

Villa Rose unfolds across 500m² of inviting outdoor space, designed for easy, sun-drenched living from morning swims to evenings under the stars. Alongside the villa, a lawn with a football goal offers a relaxed setting where children can play freely, complemented by a dedicated poolside play area for carefree holiday fun. A ping-pong table nearby adds a playful touch for all ages. The terrace is anchored by a remarkable 100m² swimming pool (1.50m depth), perfect for cooling dips throughout the day, with heating available on request (additional fee applies). Little ones have their own 5m² children’s pool, while adults can retreat to the four-seater spa whirlpool with therapeutic hydromassage jets for slow, restorative moments in the open air. Swim beds and sun loungers are positioned around the pool for uninterrupted sunbathing and quiet relaxation. For laid-back dining, the outdoor kitchen is fully equipped with an electric BBQ, sink, fridge, and stove, making long lunches and sunset suppers effortless. Generous lounging areas complete the setting—an atmosphere of gentle recreation, comfort, and togetherness that defines the Villa Rose outdoor experience.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy :
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 3 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 100 €/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available


Internal Living | Beds&Baths
With tranquil views over the private pool, Villa Rose’s interiors pair refined aesthetics with an inviting sense of ease, ideal for family gatherings and time well spent together. Spanning 250m², the villa offers four elegantly styled bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. At the heart of the home, an expansive living room flows into a fully equipped kitchen, creating a natural setting for shared meals, slow mornings, and relaxed evenings. A dedicated playroom adds a lively retreat for younger guests and includes a sofa that can accommodate an additional guest, while a private gym supports wellness routines in complete comfort. An extra WC on the lower floor further enhances day-to-day convenience. Villa Rose sleeps up to eight guests in real beds, with flexible accommodation for one additional guest on the playroom sofa, ensuring restful nights for everyone. With its thoughtful balance of style, space, and functionality, the villa is beautifully suited to immersive family stays, multigenerational escapes, or a serene retreat with close companions.

Designed with comfort, dignity, and ease in mind, Villa Rose is a truly inclusive retreat—ensuring seamless access for every guest.


Your Home Stay Includes

Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner • Housekeeping service with fresh towels and linen changes every four days (included for stays of 6 nights and above) • Pool and garden maintenance twice per week • Baby cot, High chairs &, Children’s plastic (non-breakable) plates and cups are available upon request.
