THE STORY

Azure Vista Villa is a refined island sanctuary that can welcome up to six guests, featuring three elegantly appointed bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. A heated infinity pool merges seamlessly with the horizon, while the signature PlayTent and an alfresco kitchen invite relaxed, sunlit moments. Light-filled interiors open onto tranquil terraces with sweeping sea views, creating an atmosphere of effortless timeless indulgence.

The space

Azure Vista Villa is part of the MK Collection—an exclusive ensemble of six architecturally distinct residences set within one of Crete’s most exceptional private estates. Elevated to command sublime sea views, it captures a rare sense of space, horizon, and quiet grandeur. Envisioned as a place of reconnection and renewal, this bespoke retreat unites immaculate design with a profound harmony with its surroundings. External Living : Outdoor living here unfolds as an elevated stay, where 240m² of exquisitely curated terrace and lawn are designed to celebrate both space and seascape. From invigorating sunrise swims in the infinity pool to long, lingering dinners beneath the open sky, each moment is shaped by light, breeze, and the rhythm of the sea. Here, refined outdoor living becomes instinctive, effortless, immersive, and quietly extraordinary.

Pool operates seasonally (end of March - middle of November)
Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 70 €/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate.

Internal Living : Designed as a refined residence, the Villa unfolds across two levels, offering 120m² of impeccably curated interior living space. Contemporary elegance is seamlessly balanced with relaxed island comfort, while the layout has been thoughtfully conceived to ensure wellbeing, and effortless flow for group living. Expansive interiors, refined materials, and a calming aesthetic create an atmosphere of understated comfort throughout.

- Double Bedroom featuring a King Size beds (1.80 x 2.00) and a large window. The iconic bedroom enjoys an en-suite bathroom with walk-in overhead rainfall shower, creating a serene private retreat.

Lower Floor Bedrooms (Two Bedrooms)
- Double Bedroom featuring a King Size beds (1.80 x 2.00), also featuring a private light-well (cours anglais), inviting soft natural light into the space. . The iconic bedroom enjoys an en-suite bathroom with walk-in overhead rainfall shower.
- Twin Bedroom featuring two single beds (0.90 x 2.00) also featuring a private light-well (cours anglais), inviting soft natural light into the space.. The sublime bedroom enjoys an en-suite bathroom with walk-in overhead rainfall shower.
