Choosing and Booking a Villa with ThinkVilla
1. VILLA INFORMATION

2. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY

The maximum occupancy for each villa is meticulously detailed on its dedicated page & cannot be extended for health & safety purposes. This number includes children and infants, ensuring complete transparency.

3. WHY WE ASKING FOR THE ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE FLIGHT NUMBERS

It is imperative for us to have your flight details in advance, so we can plan your check-in & inform the hosts. The hosts are checking the flight details online frequently, in order to be aware of any possible delays.

4. CHECKING PRICES AND AVAILABILITY

Prices and availability are elegantly displayed on each villa’s page. Utilise our intuitive calendar function to explore available weeks, specify the number of guests and bedrooms, and view the corresponding price. You may then book online, send an enquiry, or add the villa to your bespoke shortlist by clicking the heart symbol.

5. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE DAYS

Most of our luxury villas are rented on a weekly basis. Some properties may have specific check-in and check-out dates, particularly during peak seasons. Flexibility may be available during off-peak periods to accommodate your unique schedule.

6. CHILDREN AND ACCESSIBILITY

Many of our villas are perfectly suited for families with children, and some villas are exquisitely designed to accommodate guests with limited mobility. 7. ADDITIONAL SERVICES

ThinkVilla offers an array of bespoke services, including in-villa private chefs, luxurious private transfers, and a plethora of enriching experiences such as wine deliveries, soothing massage treatments, and opulent yacht charters. 8. INCLUDED AMENITIES

Each villa page provides a detailed inventory of included amenities such as electricity, water, and exemplary cleaning services ( once per week included). Guests will find finely laundered sheets, plush towels, and a washing machine, with some villas also featuring drying machines. All villas are equipped with high-speed internet access.

9. FLIGHTS AND TRANSFERS

While ThinkVilla does not arrange flights, we request your flight details to ensure a seamless and personalized check-in experience. Luxury car rentals are highly recommended and can be arranged in advance of your booking to enhance your travel experience.

10. DIRECTIONS AND CHECK-IN

We will provide you with detailed, bespoke directions prior to your trip. Your host will personally assist you with check-in and will be ready to welcome you upon arrival, with check-in available from 16:00.

11. CHECK-OUT

Standard check-out time is by 11:00. Extensions may be possible upon request and can be confirmed one day prior to your departure, subject to availability due to potential last-minute bookings.

12. SMOKING AND PETS

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors in all our villas to maintain a pristine environment. Pets are generally not allowed, though exceptions may be made for a select few villas, whilst a pet agreement will be required & possibly additional security deposit.

13. WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL

By canceling your reservation, you effectively terminate your contract with ThinkVilla. Consequently, we will consider your cancellation request as final. Upon receipt of your cancellation, we will promptly make the dates available for re-sale in an effort to mitigate your cancellation costs. Before cancelling it is advisable to check again the reservation cancellation policy. In case you are eligible for refund you shall receive the refund in approximately 5-10 days.

14. WHAT DO I DO IF SOMETHING DOESN´T SEEM QUITE RIGHT AT THE PROPERTY?

We work closely with our property owners to ensure that they make every effort to ensure flawless, perfect stays at their properties but very occasionally, things may not meet our own exacting standards. If this is the case we want you to let us know as soon as possible and ideally within 24 hours. This will enable the property owner or Unique Homestays to investigate the issue and to do our very best to take any remedial action necessary. If you do not tell us (or the owner or housekeeping team) the issue cannot be addressed and we will assume that everything is perfect for you.

15. WHAT HAPPENS IF DAMAGE IS NOTED IN THE HOUSE?

The Property shall be checked by the Owner and/or ThinkVilla before and after the Rental Period. You shall be held liable for any proven damages or losses caused to the Property and its contents.

16. DO I NEED TO HAVE INSURANCES TRAVEL?

You are responsible for your third-party liability, health and medical repatriation insurances. ThinkVilla is not a travel agent, does not offer such insurances and shall not be held liable for the absence of such insurances.
