Spanning 1,000 m² indoors and 1,000 m² outdoors, it features 8 bedrooms for up to 18 guests, a private pool, sculpted gardens, BBQ area, outdoor kitchen, fitness equipment, and 24/7 on-call assistance. With its classic character, generous spaces, and well-maintained grounds, it is ideal for large families, groups, and memorable gatherings in Crete.

Poised in an elevated setting above Pantanassa, Aeonia Grand Villa is a stately private residence where generous proportions, sea views, and classic grandeur define the experience. Created with large gatherings in mind, the villa accommodates up to 18 guests across 8 bedrooms, offering expansive interiors, sunlit lawn terraces, and a wonderful sense of privacy. Outdoors, a bespoke shaded BBQ area with a fully equipped kitchen sets the scene for relaxed al fresco dining, while panoramic views and refined living spaces lend the property an atmosphere of comfort, elegance, and timeless Cretan ease.

Important Guest Information
Ensuring comfort and peace of mind throughout your stay, a dedicated staff member is discreetly accommodated in a separate, independent area below the pool grounds, away from the guest living spaces, and remains available for 24/7 on-call assistance upon request.

External Living : Outdoor living at Aeonia Grand Villa unfolds as a private sanctuary above the Aegean, where approximately 2,000m² of exterior grounds, including a generous 700m² lawn area, are thoughtfully arranged to embrace the surrounding escape. Elevated terraces, sunlit lounging areas, and open-air gathering spaces are framed by panoramic views, natural light, and a profound sense of tranquillity. From a refreshing morning swim to slow afternoons by the pool and long dinners beneath the Cretan evening sky, every moment feels beautifully connected to the landscape. A spacious outdoor BBQ area with a fully equipped kitchen, together with convenient poolside WC facilities, enhances the ease of al fresco living, making the villa especially well suited for events, celebrations, and large group gatherings. Here, outdoor living is graceful, atmospheric, and effortlessly inviting. There is available free parking space inside the villa premises for up to 6 Cars.
