Introducing Artio Villa
Named after the Greek word for “perfect,” Artio Villa captures the essence of refined coastal living in Bali, Crete. Poised within easy reach of the beach and the village’s elegant seaside rhythm, the villa is a design-led retreat where minimal architecture, natural light, and calm proportions create an atmosphere of effortless sophistication. Conceived for guests who appreciate both privacy and connection, Artio Villa offers a serene setting for unhurried island days, graceful gatherings, and a beautifully walkable stay by the sea. Its contemporary character, elevated comfort, and sense of quiet exclusivity make it a rare coastal haven for experiencing Crete with ease and style.

External Living : At Artio Villa, the exterior spaces are shaped as an intimate coastal sanctuary, just steps from the beach and framed by uninterrupted sea views from the villa grounds. Across approximately 250 m² of exterior space, including a 70 m² green leisure area, sunlit terraces, elegant lounge corners, and open-air gathering settings invite effortless island living. Days flow from refreshing swims in the infinity pool to serene afternoons beneath the Cretan sun and atmospheric dinners under the evening sky. A spacious BBQ area elevates al fresco dining, while the children’s pool and open-air play green area, create carefree moments for younger guests. Complimentary private parking is also available within the villa’s garage for up to 2 cars. Here, life outdoors feels beautifully curated, refined, and quietly exceptional by the sea.

- Events are permitted only with prior notice, and additional fees may apply

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 70 €/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. *Kindly note that a pool cover is not available
