Introducing Ayeria Villa in Panormo

Cradled within the charming coastal village of Panormo, this private sanctuary welcomes up to twelve guests to surrender to the soulful cadence of island living. Six impeccably styled bedrooms, each a design statement in its own right, flow effortlessly into expansive terraces that blur the line between indoors and out. At its heart, a shimmering 100m² infinity pool stretches towards the horizon, inviting both invigorating swims and moments of still serenity. For younger explorers, a dedicated children’s pool offers carefree play, while a 4seater in-pool hydromassage spot and open-air lounge bar set the stage for unhurried afternoons beneath the sun. A thoughtfully curated work and library area provides a tranquil corner for inspiration, while a private elevator offers seamless movement across all levels, enhancing the villa’s sense of ease and accessibility. Spanning two floors and 570m² of exquisitely curated living space, this villa embodies refined simplicity, where minimalist elegance meets warm, grounding tones. The ground floor hosts two serene bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, while the lower level features an additional bedroom with its own en-suite. Three further bedrooms, also en-suite, are set on the first floor—allowing the villa to comfortably accommodate up to twelve guests in real beds.
At the heart of the home, an open-plan living area flows effortlessly into a fully equipped kitchen, creating a welcoming setting for dining and a dedicated work area and library offer a quiet corner for focus and inspiration, complemented by a ground-floor WC and a first-floor laundry room. The villa also features floor heating throughout, a thoughtful detail especially appreciated by families with small children. On the lower floor, the villa distinguishes itself with an exceptional private wellness level. Here, a 30m² heated indoor pool with hydromassage features invites restorative calm, while a bespoke wellness corner with massage bed enjoys tranquil views of the outdoor pool through the window. This level also includes a WC and a beautifully appointed shower cabin with double sink, a signature gym designed for discerning fitness enthusiasts, and an exclusive sauna. For younger guests, a themed play corner with library and wooden toys creates a warm, imaginative retreat. A cosy lounge nook with a billiard, a comfortable sofa, 55' Smart TV, and PS5 ensures endless hours of entertainment for all ages. An in-house elevator provides effortless movement across every level of the villa.

Your Home Stay Includes

Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner • Soft daily housekeeping (vacuuming, moping of the floors, dusting, cleaning of bathrooms & kitchen except Sundays) • Housekeeping service with fresh towels and linen changes every four days (included for stays of 6 nights and above) • Pool and garden maintenance twice per week • Baby cot, high chair, plastic (non-breakable) children plates and cups are available.
