With two private 100m2+50m2 pools and divine design, Borosso Villa emerges from a storyline of timeless elegance, with rare access only for the privileged few. Wake up with the breathtaking pool and sea views outside your window in this one-of-a-kind spacious villa. This is a luxurious heaven, featuring an iconic pool with premium sun beds, an impeccable outdoor living area, 9 luxury bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, making it a dream holiday home that can comfortably welcome up to 22 guests to unwind. Ensconced within 600m2 outdoor living and a covered alfresco dining table with BBQ (Gas), set on spectacular grounds, the villa has been designed with group gatherings in mind. This is an iconic home, to cherish your holidays with your family and beloved ones.

External Living | Private Pool & BBQ
Enjoy the luxury comforts of this extraordinary large villa with it’s spacious outdoor settings. Dip your toes in the crystal clear waters of the 150m2 private swimming pool and relax under the warmth of the Greek sun on the premium swim-up sun beds or one of the lounge areas. From the impeccable design to the private pool, the villa’s enclosed and private setting is a real lure for guests of all ages. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (gas) under sunset skies. Designed for ultimate play time, the retreat features also a table tennis and a playstation 5 for our younger guests to inspire togetherness. A private parking is also available at the villa premises.

Internal Living | Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The leading style throughout the 400m2 luxury retreat combines contemporary modern spaces with glam accents which makes the leaving spaces a real pleasure to be in and to a true work of art. The spacious lounge features a panoramic window with gorgeous pool views which leads to the terrace and pool. It consists of a stunning open space, comfortable living area which opens into dining area, spacious enough to comfortably accommodate 22 guests. It also features a modern and bright open-plan kitchen for culinary wonders. An indoor working space with two monitors, keyboards and mouses are also available for the ones who wish to work remotely. The stunning property can comfortably accommodate up to 21 guests in real beds in its 9 bedrooms and if needed there is a comfortable sofa bed in the lounge area, where one more guest can be accommodated. Maximum occupancy is 22 guests.

Building 1 - First floor | Three Luxurious Bedrooms Lay on this Floor each with their own balcony • 3 x Double Bedrooms with Queen Size beds each (1.60x2.00) and access to a balcony with Pool Views, each with en-suite bathroom with walk in shower • Each bedroom feature also an additional sofa bed with real mattress where 3 more guests can sleep • Maximum capacity is 9 guests in the three available bedrooms

Building 2 - Ground floor | Three Luxurious Bedrooms Lay on this Floor with direct access to the pool featuring also swim-ups • 2 x Double Bedrooms with King Size beds each (1.80x2.00) and access to the pool, each with en-suite bathroom with walk in shower • 1 x Twin Bedroom with two single beds (0.90x2.00) and access to the pool, with en-suite bathroom with walk in shower • Maximum capacity is 6 guests in the three available bedrooms

Building 2 - First floor | Three Luxurious Bedrooms Lay on this Floor each with their own balcony and sea views • 1 x Double Bedroom with King Size bed (1.80x2.00), with en-suite bathroom with walk in shower • 2 x Twin Bedrooms with two single beds (0.90x2.00) each, both with en-suite bathroom with walk in shower • Maximum capacity is 6 guests in the three available bedrooms

Your Home Stay Includes
Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner • Housekeeping, towels and linen changes once per week • Pool and garden cleaning every second day • 3 x baby cots and 3 x high chairs, children dining sets are available upon request

Practicalities
There is secure parking space at the Villa’s premises for four cars (more cars can also park close to the villa free of charge) • The property is well-equipped with : 2 x Large Fridge/freezer, 2 x Electric stove with oven, Espresso machine (capsules) & Filter coffee machine, Microwave, Food Processor (Multi), Kettle, Sandwich Maker, Toaster, Juice Maker, Dishwasher, Drying & Washing Machine, 9x Iron & Board, 9 x Hair dryer, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Smoke Detector, fully equipped kitchen. A Play Station 5 (Games : Gran Tourism 7 and Fifa 22) awaits to inspire our playful guests.
