Tucked away in the tranquil enclave of Viranepiskopi, just outside Rethymno, this exceptional villa offers an exclusive retreat for families, friends, and loved ones. Seamlessly blending the warmth of home with sophisticated design and tailored luxury, this residence sets the stage for an unforgettable stay across its five exquisitely appointed bedrooms. A bespoke 70m² private swimming pool (heatable upon request at an additional cost) with a depth of 1.50m and an integrated 7m² whirlpool invites you to unwind, while younger guests can enjoy the dedicated 7m² children’s pool and playground. Additional features include a ping pong table and a private mini-basketball court for active pursuits. An elegant, covered dining terrace with a gas BBQ sets the perfect scene for alfresco feasting under the stars. Located just a five-minute drive from the unspoiled shores of Stavromenos, this refined haven accommodates up to 14 guests in unmatched style and comfort. Begin your day with a revitalizing swim in the striking 70m² saltwater pool ,where water disinfection is achieved through a salt electrolysis system offering a natural swimming experience, with nearly zero chemical usage, thoughtfully designed at a depth of 1.4 meters and available to be heated upon request (additional fee applies). Younger guests will be delighted by the dedicated 7m² children’s pool—an idyllic setting for carefree play and laughter. Every corner of the estate invites both relaxation and recreation. Whether enjoying a friendly match on the mini-basketball court or basking in the sun on premium loungers beneath elegant umbrellas, guests are treated to a refined outdoor lifestyle. For those wishing to maintain their wellness routine, a selection of portable fitness equipment—including yoga mats, free weights, an exercise ball, and resistance bands—is readily available. As day turns to dusk, immerse yourself in the art of alfresco dining beneath the shaded outdoor pavilion. Equipped with a state-of-the-art gas BBQ, the dining space offers the perfect ambiance for sharing memorable meals beneath radiant sunset skies. Enhance your evening unwinding in the integrated whirlpool, where tranquil waters and panoramic vistas converge in perfect harmony. Ample private parking is provided, with accommodation for up to two vehicles. Little ones are thoughtfully catered to with a beautifully designed outdoor playground and a ping pong table, ensuring hours of joyful entertainment. From the serene poolside to the breathtaking views that frame the estate, every detail has been carefully curated to deliver an unparalleled blend of comfort, elegance, and natural splendor.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 100 €/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available

Internal Living | Beds&Baths
Framed by panoramic vistas of the shimmering private pool and complemented by meticulously curated interiors, this exceptional villa embodies refined elegance and bespoke luxury, offering an atmosphere of effortless comfort for discerning guests. Every detail within this designer holiday residence reflects a minimalist aesthetic, where clean lines, sophisticated décor, and indulgent bedding converge to create uniquely styled spaces, each exuding its own distinct character. Spanning an impressive 180m² of thoughtfully crafted interior space, the villa comprises five bespoke bedrooms—each complete with a private en-suite bathroom—alongside an expansive living and lounge area and a fully equipped, state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen. This harmonious blend of style and function makes the villa a premier destination for family getaways and group escapes. Accommodating up to 10 guests in real beds, the villa also offers flexible sleeping arrangements for four additional guests via extra beds in two of the bedrooms. Two more guests can be comfortably hosted on the elegant sofas in the living area, allowing for a total capacity of up to 14 guests in absolute comfort.

Both rooms also feature en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and an additional “single/sofa bed” that can welcome one more guest in each • One Twin Bedroom featuring Two single beds (0.90x2.00), a 32’ Smart TV & en-suite bathroom with walk in shower • Two Premium Double Bedrooms featuring Queen Size Beds (1.60x2.00), a 32’ Smart TV. Both rooms also feature en-suite bathroom with walk in shower.

Your Home Stay Includes
Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner • Housekeeping service with fresh towels and linen changes every four days (included for stays of 6 nights and above) • Pool and garden maintenance twice per week • Baby cot, High chairs &, Children’s plastic (non-breakable) plates and cups are available upon request.

There is secured parking space inside the Villa’s premises for up to two cars • The property is well-equipped with: Fridge with freezer, Electric stove with oven, Espresso Machine (original capsules), Filter coffee machine, Microwave, Kettle, Sandwich Maker, Toaster, Juice Maker, Food Processor (Multi), Washing & Drying Machine, Iron & Board, Hair dryer, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Safety Box, Smoke Detector. Outdoor Playground & Ping Pong Table for some play time. A Mini basketball court is also available & portable fitness equipment.
