Across 150m² of interiors and 700m² of outdoor grounds, the villa hosts up to 8 guests in 4 en-suite bedrooms. An infinity pool with hydromassage, curated wine cellar, outdoor bar counter, gas BBQ, and playful leisure touches create a refined setting for unhurried island days and lingering summer evenings.

The owner resides discreetly below the villa, with a completely separate entrance and no access to the guest areas, while remaining available if assistance is needed. For security purposes, cameras are installed only at the villa entrance.
