External Living | Private Pool, Spa Whirlpool & BBQ

This captivating sea-view home lays in 1.000m² outdoor area and is embellished with a 50m² private infinity swimming pool (1,40 meters deep) that can be heated with an additional fee, also boasting premium sun beds and a outdoor build-in hydromassage. An additional jacuzzi is also available at the 1st floor balcony (four seated). Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues at the outdoor fully equipped kitchen (Charcoal BBQ, two sinks, oven, mini fridge) under sunset skies, on the shaded outdoor sea-view dinning area. The outdoor area is the perfect location for ice-cold G&Ts, taking in the scenes and watching the sun’s journey sinking into the sea. With bespoke outdoor settings & tableware, it is an ideal holiday escape for those who seek the ultimate luxury living and an unforgettable holiday experience. For our younger guests an outdoor playground is available, and the highlight is the outdoor Chess Play area. Fitness equipment is also available at the villa (including free weights, a treadmill, exercise bikes, and a weight bench) for those who don’t want to lose their fitness during their holiday. Enjoy!

With enviable views over the Ionian Sea, the quintessential living experience radiates a chic elegance and a wonderfully laidback ambiance that enhances the comfort level of guests. Fine art marks all the bedrooms gifting them with their unique identity, spoiling guests with first-class comfort, design and amenities. The villa been styled using soft tonal hues which draw inspiration from the coastal landscape. Day or night, nestle into the sinkable sofa and gaze out the sea through the enormous windows. With sliding doors, you can welcome in the salty sea breeze in summer or hunker down by the living-cum area, on chilly nights as stars pinprick cloudless skies. Making an idyllic vantage point for sipping coffee in the morning sun, the sumptuous bedrooms open straight onto the deck & balconies overlooking the sea.

This captivating Villa boasts exquisite interiors that exude a certain ethereal elegance, in its 200m² indoor space. The lavish living-cum-dining space at the ground floor, with first-class equipment ensuring meals of the highest quality, will bring an ever-present sense of contemporary comfort to your endless days of leisure. A bespoke fully equipped kitchen awaits to inspire you for culinary wonders. Offering a bespoke design, the exclusive Villa boasts four bedrooms & four en suite bathrooms, but also an additional WC at the ground floor, each flaunting a distinctive look and feel - featuring sea-views from the moment you wake up and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in real beds, as well two extra guests that can be accommodated at the folding armchairs located in two of the rooms. The maximum capacity is 10 guests.

Two Master Bedrooms lay in this floor, and as bonus there is a four seater outdoor Spa Whirlpool at the balcony overlooking the Ionian Sea • Double Bedroom with King Size Bed (1.80x2.00), en suite bathroom with shower cabin, Smart TV 40’’, access to the balcony • Twin Bedrooms with two single beds that can be joined (0.90x2.00), en suite bathroom with shower cabin, Smart TV 40’’, access to the balcony.

Your Home Stay Includes
Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner • Daily Housekeeping Service. Towels and linen changes every three days • Pool and garden cleaning twice per week • Baby cot, High chair &, Children’s plastic (non-breakable) plates and cups are available upon request.

Practicalities
There is secured parking space at the Villa’s premises for up to three cars, and an electric car charger is also available at this holiday home • The property is well-equipped with: Fridge with freezer, Electric stove with oven, Nespresso Machine (original capsules), Filter coffee machine, Microwave, Kettle, Sandwich Maker, Toaster, Juice Maker, Food Processor (Multi), Washing Machine, Iron & Board, Hair dryer, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Safety Box, Smoke Detector.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 3 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 80 €/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.
Guest access
Guests have the entire property to their private use! Full access in all indoor and outdoor areas of the Villa. No shared areas.
