*Jako Villa is part of a complex which includes two Villas in total, each of them with its own private pool and separate facilities.


External Living | Private Pool & BBQ

This captivating home lays in 400m² outdoor area - with 70m² lawn area and is embellished with a 40m² private heated (with extra fee) swimming pool (1,40 meters deep) and a special children’s pool compartment (0,40 meters deep). Grown-ups can lounge to their premium sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (Charcoal BBQ & sink) under sunset skies, on the shaded outdoor dinning area. The outdoor area is the perfect location for ice-cold G&Ts, taking in the scenes and watching the sun’s journey. With bespoke outdoor settings & tableware, it is an ideal holiday escape for those who seek the ultimate summery living and an unforgettable holiday experience.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy: 

- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 60€/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.

- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.

Bonus - Family Friendly:

Designed for ultimate play time, the retreat features also outdoor small toys for small children, as well as a ping - pong table to master your skills inspiring adventure and togetherness.


Internal Living | Bedrooms & Bathrooms
This captivating Villa boasts exquisite interiors that exude a certain ethereal elegance, in its 280m² indoor space. Offering a bespoke design, the exclusive Villa boasts five bedrooms & five en suite bathrooms (plus a WC) , each flaunting a distinctive look and feel. With an abundance of al fresco activities in which to immerse yourself, you're unlikely to venture too far afield when you take exclusive hire of the Villa.




The Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests in real beds and one extra guest can be accommodated in a folding bed which can be provided upon request, at the Attic type bedroom. The maximum capacity is 11 guests.

Stately graces and sumptuous furnishings create a real feast for the eye throughout the luxury cosy living spaces: • Kitchen & Dining area, Living Room featuring a 52’’ Smart TV and direct access to the pool terrace • Bedroom with Queen Size bed (1,60x2,00), En suite bathroom with shower cabin, Smart TV 32”, access to the BBQ area with comfy sitting. • A shared WC is also available on this floor.


First Floor

There is also a specially designed area on the basement of the Villa, including a multi station machine, an elliptical machine, as well as a Pool Table (Billiard). Some games (backgammon, chess etc ) are also available for endless hours of fun and relaxation.
