Introducing Nostra Terra Villa in Perama

Set in the heart of the authentic village of Perama and just a short drive from the charming seaside haven of Panormos, Nostra Terra Villa is a serene eco-friendly retreat designed for soulful escapes. Crafted to host up to nine guests, the villa blends contemporary elegance with natural simplicity—featuring four stylish bedrooms and sun-drenched, open-plan interiors that extend gracefully to a private terrace. Outdoors, a shimmering pool, shaded dining area with charcoal BBQ, and panoramic surroundings invite relaxed afternoons and golden-hour gatherings. Thoughtfully curated for families and friends alike, the villa offers a range of leisure amenities—from a fully equipped gym to a playground, table tennis, and a mini basketball court—ensuring cherished moments of connection for every generation.

Outdoors, thoughtfully curated spaces invite slow, meaningful living—whether soaking in the 50m² private pool (1.50 depth) featuring also a kid’s pool, unwinding on bespoke loungers, or sharing golden-hour meals around the shaded dining area, complete with a charcoal BBQ, sink and elegant tableware. Perfect for friendly getaways or family escapes, the villa offers a dedicated playground, trampoline, and climbing structure for younger guests, along with table tennis and a mini basketball court for laid-back fun. A haven of understated comfort, the villa invites you to reconnect with nature, embrace mindful living, and savour the essence of summer—at your own, unhurried pace. The villa also features secured parking space.

Internal Living | Beds&Baths

Unfolding across 250m² of thoughtfully designed living space, the villa’s interiors reflect a refined simplicity—where minimalist elegance meets earthy, grounding tones. Crafted for comfort and connection, the design evokes a sense of calm throughout. Three serene double bedrooms are located on the ground floor, one of which features an en-suite bathroom for added privacy. A fourth bedroom is found on the lower level, complete with its own kitchenette—ideal for guests seeking a little more independence. At the heart of the villa, an open-plan living area blends seamlessly with a fully equipped kitchen, creating a welcoming space for gathering, dining, and unwinding. Full-length doors open directly onto the sunlit pool terrace, blurring the line between indoor comfort and outdoor living. With accommodation for up to eight guests in real beds—and the option for an additional guest on the sofa—the villa graciously hosts up to nine guests in total, offering a sense of intimacy, space, and relaxed comfort throughout.

Your Home Stay Includes
Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner • Housekeeping, towels, and linen changes every four days • Pool and garden cleaning twice per week • Baby cot, high chair, baby bath, plastic (non-breakable) children plates and cups are available.

There is secure parking space outside of the Villa’s premises for three cars • The property is well-equipped with: Fridge with freezer, electric oven & stove, Espresso machine, Filter coffee maker, Food processor (multi), Kettle, Toaster, Juice maker, Dishwasher, Iron & ironing board, Washing & Drying Machine, Hairdryer, First aid kit, Fire extinguisher, Smoke detectors, Fully equipped kitchen.
