Introducing Nostra Terra Villa in Perama

Set in the heart of the authentic village of Perama and just a short drive from the charming seaside haven of Panormos, Nostra Terra Villa is a serene eco-friendly retreat designed for soulful escapes. Crafted to host up to nine guests, the villa blends contemporary elegance with natural simplicity—featuring four stylish bedrooms and sun-drenched, open-plan interiors that extend gracefully to a private terrace. Outdoors, a shimmering heated pool (can be heated with additional fee), shaded dining area with charcoal BBQ, and panoramic surroundings invite relaxed afternoons and golden-hour gatherings. Thoughtfully curated for families and friends alike, the villa offers a range of leisure amenities—from a fully equipped gym to a playground, table tennis, and a mini basketball court—ensuring cherished moments of connection for every generation.


External Living | Private Heated Pool, Outdoor Dining & Play Features 

Contemporary in spirit and designed with sustainability at its core, this eco-friendly villa blends effortlessly into its natural surroundings—capturing the timeless charm of Crete with sun-washed tones, organic textures, and 2000m2 of private land to explore. Outdoors, thoughtfully curated spaces invite slow, meaningful living—whether soaking in the 50m² private heated pool (1.50 depth, can be heated with additional fee) featuring also a kid’s pool 5m2 , unwinding on bespoke loungers, or sharing golden-hour meals around the shaded dining area, complete with a charcoal BBQ, sink and elegant tableware. Perfect for friendly getaways or family escapes, the villa offers a dedicated playground, trampoline, and climbing structure for younger guests, along with table tennis and a mini basketball court for laid-back fun. A haven of understated comfort, the villa invites you to reconnect with nature, embrace mindful living, and savour the essence of summer—at your own, unhurried pace. The villa also features secured parking space.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy
- Pool Temperature | Heating Temperature Could Vary Up To 26 °C Subject To The Outdoor Weather Conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool Heating Is Typically Used During The Months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 Days’ Notice Prior Arrival Is Mandatory For The Pool To Reach The Optimal Temperature.
- Additional Fees | 60 €/Day
- Booking Duration | Pool Heating Is Exclusively Bookable For The Entire Stay, At The Cumulative Cost As Outlined Above.
- Weather Conditions | When The Outside Temperature Is Above 25 °C Or In Case Of Rain It Shall Not Operate. Kindly Note That A Pool Cover Is Not Available 



Internal Living | Beds&Baths

Unfolding across 250m² of thoughtfully designed living space, the villa’s interiors reflect a refined simplicity—where minimalist elegance meets earthy, grounding tones. Crafted for comfort and connection, the design evokes a sense of calm throughout. Three serene double bedrooms are located on the ground floor, one of which features an en-suite bathroom for added privacy. A fourth bedroom is found on the lower level, complete with its own kitchenette—ideal for guests seeking a little more independence. At the heart of the villa, an open-plan living area blends seamlessly with a fully equipped kitchen, creating a welcoming space for gathering, dining, and unwinding. Full-length doors open directly onto the sunlit pool terrace, blurring the line between indoor comfort and outdoor living. With accommodation for up to eight guests in real beds—and the option for an additional guest on the sofa—the villa graciously hosts up to nine guests in total, offering a sense of intimacy, space, and relaxed comfort throughout.

Your Home Stay Includes

Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner • Housekeeping service with fresh towels and linen changes every four days (included for stays of 6 nights and above) • Pool and garden maintenance twice per week • Baby cot, high chair, baby bath, plastic (non-breakable) children plates and cups are available.


Practicalities 

There is secure parking space outside of the Villa’s premises for three cars • The property is well-equipped with: Fridge with freezer, electric oven & stove, Espresso machine, Filter coffee maker, Food processor (multi), Kettle, Toaster, Juice maker, Dishwasher, Iron & ironing board, Washing & Drying Machine, Hairdryer, First aid kit, Fire extinguisher, Smoke detectors, Fully equipped kitchen.
