Introducing Olithera Villa
Located in Kalipado area, a fusion of designer-led exteriors and authentic escapes combine at Olithera Villa. Moulded from earthen materials and inspired by the landmark elements, this bespoke villa features wonderful outdoor settings above all. With a 35m2 pool (non heated), bespoke sun beds, iconic outdoor settings & an outdoor dining area with BBQ (Charcoal), sink & pizza oven, this home has all the hallmarks of a unique hideout Hideaway in style with every conceivable comfort at your fingertips, the iconic Villa offers wonderful design, featuring three sublime bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms & an open plan living-cum area with a fully equipped kitchen.

External Living | Private Pool & BBQ Settings
Nestled within a generous 1,000m² outdoor space, this captivating villa boasts a 35m² private swimming pool (1.45m deep, non-heated), surrounded by premium sun-beds and umbrellas for luxurious relaxation. Adults can unwind in style on the plush loungers before enjoying alfresco dining beneath the glowing sunset, in the shaded outdoor dining area designed for unforgettable moments. The open-plan living room and kitchen seamlessly connect to the pool terrace, offering effortless indoor-outdoor living. One of the bedrooms also provides direct access to the pool area, enhancing the sense of connection to the outdoors. Private parking is available just outside the villa, with space for up to two vehicles. Thoughtfully curated outdoor furnishings and bespoke tableware elevate the experience, making this villa the perfect summer sanctuary for those in search of refined comfort and lasting memories.


Internal Living | Beds&Baths
With enviable views over the private pool and surrounding countryside, this stylish villa radiates understated elegance and a serene ambiance that immediately elevates the guest experience. Spread entirely across the ground floor, this 100m² residence features beautifully curated interiors that blend effortless sophistication with cozy charm. The villa offers three serene bedrooms, an open-plan living and lounge area with a sofa that can comfortably sleep two additional guests, and a fully equipped kitchen for effortless holiday dining. Designed with both style and function in mind, the living area opens directly to the pool terrace, seamlessly connecting indoor luxury with outdoor leisure. The villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests in real beds, with room for 2 additional guests on the living room sofa, bringing the total capacity to 8 guests.

Your Home Stay Includes
Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner • Housekeeping service with fresh towels and linen changes every four days (included for stays of 6 nights and above) • Pool and garden maintenance twice per week • Baby cot, High chair, Baby Bath &, Children’s plastic (non-breakable) plates and cups are available upon request.

Practicalities
There is secured parking space outside the Villa’s premises for up to two cars • The property is well-equipped with: Fridge with freezer, Electric stove with oven, Nespresso Machine (original capsules), Filter coffee machine, Microwave, Kettle, Sandwich Maker, Toaster, Juice Maker, Food Processor (Multi), Washing & Drying Machine, Iron & Board, Hair dryer, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Safety Box, Smoke Detector.

Guest access
Guests have the entire property to their private use! Full access in all indoor and outdoor areas of the Villa. No shared areas.
