Set within a lush 500m² outdoor sanctuary, TreeTop Villa II boasts a generous 50m² private swimming pool (1.40m depth, non-heated), complete with a shallow children’s compartment (3.25x4.75m & 0.40m depth), making it ideal for safe family enjoyment. Bask in the sunshine from the comfort of designer sun loungers or refresh under the outdoor shower. An elegant, shaded dining area and charcoal BBQ (with outdoor sink) set the stage for unforgettable al fresco meals. The 100m² lawn-covered area invites outdoor relaxation, while younger guests will be thrilled with the outdoor playground, complete with a wooden house, slide, swings, and assorted toys. A dreamy outdoor space that will delight every generation.

Spanning 100m² of luxurious interiors, TreeTop Villa II was designed to evoke warmth and sophistication. Beautifully curated furnishings, contemporary touches, and earthy tones create a calm and inviting atmosphere across its bright living spaces. The villa offers three sublime bedrooms and can comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests in real beds.

Your Home Stay Includes
Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner • Housekeeping, towels and linen changes every four days • Pool and garden cleaning once per week • Baby cot, high chair, Plastic (non-breakable) plates and cups & Stair gates available upon request.

There is secure private parking within the villa’s premises for up to 3 cars • The property is well-equipped with all the mod cons; Fridge with freezer, Electric stove & oven, Nespresso Machine (capsules), Frappe machine & Filter coffee machine, Microwave, Kettle, Sandwich Maker, Toaster, Juicer, Food Processor (Multi), Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Iron & Board, Hair dryer, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Alarm System, Smoke Detectors, Fire Blanket, Safety Box and a fully equipped kitchen.

*Please note that according to the Villa’s booking policy, a security deposit of 200€ is required for the Villa. The security deposit should be paid in cash at your arrival, directly to the owner of the villa & will be returned to you at your check-out day following a thorough check of the Villa.
