Nestled in the vibrant Hersonissos area, this villa offers an exceptional retreat for friends and family. Featuring four elegantly appointed bedrooms, an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, and a 25m² outdoor pool with a dedicated children’s section (3m²), it perfectly balances homely comfort with refined style. Enjoy dining under the covered diving area, complete with a charcoal BBQ, where every meal becomes a shared moment of pleasure and togetherness. Designed to host up to ten guests, this exquisite villa promises a stay of effortless elegance and special memorable.

Set within a 200m² private oasis, this exquisite villa exudes understated elegance and offers a serene retreat just a short drive from sandy beaches. The 25m² pool (non-heated, 1.4 m deep) features a dedicated children’s section (3 m²), perfect for playful afternoons under the sun. A 30m² manicured lawn adds a touch of verdant tranquility, ideal for games or quiet relaxation. Lounge in comfort on comfortable sun beds, or savor alfresco dining in the stylish shaded outdoor area, complete with a charcoal BBQ & sink, where every meal feels effortlessly special. The villa boasts generous parking facilities, comfortably accommodating over three vehicles.

Spanning 260m², this thoughtfully designed villa offers four beautifully appointed bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, complemented by an additional shared bathroom, ensuring both privacy and convenience. The welcoming living area and fully equipped kitchen provide the perfect balance for relaxed family gatherings or private moments. Accommodating up to ten guests (eight in the four bedrooms and two on a double sofa bed) the villa blends functionality with a refined sense of style. Every detail, from the minimalist yet tasteful interiors to the seamless layout, has been curated to create a tranquil and inviting retreat, ideal for a rejuvenating escape with family or friends.

Living Room with a 65” Smart TV, Fully Equipped Kitchen with direct access to the pool & outdoor dining areas • Twin Bedroom featuring two single beds (0.90x2.00), en suite bathroom with shower, a 42” Smart TV and access to the terrace • Double Bedroom with a King Sized Bed (1.80x2.00), en suite bathroom with shower, 3-4 seater hot tub, a 42” Smart TV and access to the pool • A shared WC is also available.

Lower Floor | Bedrooms
Double Bedroom featuring Kind Size Bed (1.80x2.00), en suite bathroom with shower, a 65” Smart TV, Cocomat mattress and a mini fridge • Twin Bedroom with two single beds (0.90x2.00), double sofa bed (can sleep 2 guests), en suite bathroom with shower, 42” Smart TV and natural light.

Your Home Stay Includes
Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner • Housekeeping service with fresh towels and linen changes every four days (included for stays of 6 nights and above) • Pool and garden maintenance twice per week • Baby cot, High chair are available upon request.

Practicalities
There is secured parking space inside the Villa’s premises for three cars • The property is well-equipped with: Fridge with freezer, Dishwasher, Electric stove with oven, Espresso Machine (Dolce Gusto), Filter coffee machine, Kettle, Toaster, Juice Maker, Food Processor (Multi), Washing Machine (outside), Iron & Board, Hair dryer, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Smoke Detector.

Guests have the entire property to their private use! Full access in all indoor and outdoor areas of the Villa! No shared areas!
