Imagine a world where the ocean’s rhythm sets the pace of life. Mornings begin with sunrise strolls along the private beach, afternoons drift by the heated pool and spa whirlpool, while evenings are spent with al fresco dinners, mojitos under the sun, or cinematic nights in the living area. Children, teens, and adults alike can enjoy activities from ping pong and mini golf to yoga on the outdoor platform, while the villa’s thoughtful layout ensures both communal and private spaces for every guest. Located 15 minutes from Rethymno, the villa combines exclusivity, convenience, and unmatched coastal beauty.

External Living: Life outdoors unfolds across a 2,700m² private estate, including 1,000m² of manicured lawn, thoughtfully designed for both serene relaxation and playful moments under the Cretan sun. From refreshing morning dips and long, leisurely lunches to golden-hour gatherings and quiet beachside pauses, the outdoor spaces invite a slower, more effortless rhythm of island living, framed by natural beauty.

Outdoor Pool, Children’s Pool & Whirlpool Heating Policy:

- Pool, Children’s Pool & Whirlpool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool, Children’s Pool & Whirlpool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool, children’s pool & whirlpool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 70€/day
- Booking Duration | Pool, Children’s Pool & Whirlpool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.
- Pool, children’s pool & whirlpool heating operate together and only when outdoor temperature is suitable. Full-stay booking required for heating.

Internal Living: Designed as an elegant private haven, the interiors pair white-washed walls with natural textures and calming furnishings, creating a serene setting for effortless living and quiet rejuvenation.

• Please note: Children from 0–12 years old are not permitted due to villa design and Health & Safety considerations. Children 12+ are welcome.

First Floor (Three Bedrooms)
• Master Bedroom: King Size bed (1.80 x 2.00), mini fridge, 42’’ Smart TV, en-suite bathroom with walk-in rainfall shower
• Second Bedroom: Queen Size bed (1.60 x 2.00), private balcony, 42’’ Smart TV, en-suite rainfall shower
• Third Bedroom: Two single beds joined as King Size (1.80 x 2.00), private balcony, 42’’ Smart TV, en-suite rainfall shower

*Kindly note that according to the Villa’s booking policy, a security deposit of 300 euros is required, which shall be paid in cash at your arrival directly to the homeowner and will be returned to you on your departure day.
