Introducing Eco Villa
Step into a sanctuary where sustainable elegance meets effortless Mediterranean charm. Eco Villa is designed for togetherness, celebration, and unforgettable stays, ideal for multi-generational holidays, wellness retreats, destination weddings, or exclusive gatherings. Mornings begin with gentle strolls among the olive groves, taking in the fresh air and natural beauty. Afternoons invite shared laughter in the gardens or peaceful moments reading on the terraces. As evening falls, the villa transforms into a serene setting for sunset dinners, long conversations, and quiet reflection within the elegantly appointed living areas. A picturesque village lies within walking distance, where guests can enjoy welcoming tavernas, a bakery, local shops, and everyday conveniences

External Living: Outdoor life is curated across 1,500m² of landscaped grounds with a 150m² manicured lawn, creating spaces for both relaxation and playful activity. Guests can refresh in the 50m² semi-salt eco-pool or enjoy al fresco barbecues prepared in the fully equipped outdoor kitchen with charcoal grill, sink, and fridge. Multiple shaded terraces and lounge areas allow intimate gatherings or social celebrations, while an outdoor shower and sensory garden paths add versatility. The exterior is designed to accommodate retreats, weddings, and family events, providing a private resort-like atmosphere for every occasion.

Internal Living: Designed as a refined private residence, Eco Villa unfolds across five luxurious Cretan-style residences, offering 400m² of indoor living where sustainable design meets contemporary comfort. Each home features fully equipped open-plan kitchens, spacious living and dining areas, and some include private verandas. Thoughtfully arranged to balance privacy and effortless group living, the interiors provide a harmonious setting for families, friends, and multi-generational gatherings.

Kindly note that according to the Villa’s booking policy, a security deposit of 500 euros is required, which shall be paid in cash at your arrival directly to the homeowner and will be returned to you on your departure day.

Your Home Stay Includes
Welcome basket courtesy of the owner • Housekeeping service with fresh towels and linen changes every four days (included for stays of 6 nights and above) • Pool and garden maintenance twice per week • 4 baby cots & 2 high chairs and children’s plastic (non-breakable) plates and cups, Children’s Toys are available upon request

Practicalities
Secure Parking is available outside the Villa’s premises for 5+ Cars. The Five Residences are fully equipped with Kitchens, each featuring a Fridge with Freezer, Electric Stove with Oven, Filter Coffee Machine, Nespresso Machine with Regular Capsules, Microwave, Kettle, Sandwich Maker, Toaster, Juice Maker, Dishwasher, and all necessary Kitchen Utensils. Additional Amenities include Washing Machine, Iron & Board, Hair Dryer, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguishers, Fire Alarm, Safety Box, Smoke Detectors and clearly marked Emergency Exit.
