Nosel Villa is a refined private retreat designed for graceful family living and elevated group stays, set within 1,000 m² of private grounds. Accommodating up to 13 guests across 6 en-suite bedrooms, it brings together a private pool with in-pool hydromassage, children’s pool, indoor gym, open-air play area, and charcoal BBQ setting with shaded dining area. A serene haven of comfort, privacy, and effortless summer connection.

Set in Agrilia, close to the lively coastal rhythm of Laganas, Nosel Villa is a refined private hideaway shaped by light, comfort, and effortless summer living. Its generous 1,000 m² private grounds create a serene setting for calm mornings, sunlit poolside moments, and relaxed evenings beneath the Zakynthian sky. Designed for families and loved ones who value both connection and ease, the villa offers elegant interiors, design-led outdoor spaces, and a graceful sense of privacy. Located approximately 20 minutes on foot from Laganas Beach, and close to neighbouring villas while preserving its own intimate atmosphere, Nosel Villa invites guests to embrace a slower, more considered way of living in Zakynthos.

External Living
At Nosel Villa, the exterior spaces unfold as a private Zakynthian sanctuary, where whitewashed architecture meets the soft natural beauty of the island landscape. Across approximately 1,000 m² of outdoor grounds, including a 250 m² lawn area, sunlit terraces, generous lounge corners, Bali beds, and open-air gathering spaces invite effortless summer living. Days move between refreshing swims in the villa’s 60 m² design-led pool (non-heated), with a depth of 1.50 m, soothing six-seater in-pool hydromassage features, and an integrated 5 m² children’s pool with a depth of 0.40 m. Beneath the Zakynthian sun, the setting is composed for both relaxation and family ease. A spacious shaded charcoal BBQ area with sink, mini fridge, and shaded dining space sets the scene for refined al fresco meals, while the outdoor play area with games creates carefree moments for younger guests. The villa is ideal for secluded group stays and intimate events. Complimentary parking is available within the villa grounds for up to 3–4 cars.

Nosel Villa pairs refined comfort with an effortless island mood, unfolding across two floors and approximately 320 m² of interior living space. Designed to bring the outside in, expansive picture windows and sliding doors draw natural light, pool views, and the gentle Ionian breeze into the villa, creating interiors that feel calm, luminous, and beautifully connected to outdoor living. The villa features its own private entrance, elegant living room, open-plan kitchen, and relaxed dining area, offering a graceful setting for shared meals, quiet mornings, and unhurried moments together. With 6 bedrooms, each appointed with an en-suite bathroom, plus an additional guest WC on the ground floor, the layout is thoughtfully arranged for privacy, comfort, and ease. A fully equipped gym is also available, allowing guests to maintain their wellness routine throughout their stay. Designed to accommodate up to 12 guests in real beds, with 1 additional guest sleeping on the living room couch, Nosel Villa is ideal for families or friends seeking refined togetherness, independent comfort, and pool-view living.
