A sanctuary for 16 guests, the villa boasts light, style and space whilst still being unequivocally welcoming, exuding pared-back, stylishly simple interiors, where reclaimed furniture and cool whites allow deep relaxation for all the family.

For slow mornings in bed over coffee and croissants, throw open windows to let the countryside sounds envelop the soul, taking pleasure in wrapping in high quality linens and soft pillows. Stylish and modern, but not without fanciful charm, Olivia Villa is ideal for those looking for some blissful time out.

Come inside and let your worries float away; The open-plan living areas of this private home provide stylish space for complete relaxation; throw open the sliding doors and let the cool breeze work its magic whilst you cradle a coffee and sink into the sofa. For lazy mornings and early nights, all the spacious bedrooms are the perfect remedy; Snuggle into the squishy pillows and relax.

The first bedroom of the Villa is located on the ground floor, featuring a King Size bed (1,80x2,00), lightened up with natural light from the windows, also boasting an en suite bathroom, a walk-in overhead rainfall shower with cabin.

The three further bedrooms of the villa are located on the semi floor with access to the terrace. The first bedroom features two single beds (0,90x2,00) that are joined to form a King Size bed, boasting an en suite bathroom, a walk-in overhead rainfall shower with cabin. The second bedroom also features two single beds (0,90x2,00) that are joined to form a King Size bed, as well as double sofa bed, where two more guests can be accommodated. It also boasts an en suite bathroom, a walk-in overhead rainfall shower with cabin. The third bedroom features a king Size bed (1,80x2,00), as well as double sofa bed, where two more guests can be accommodated. An en suite bathroom is also available; a walk-in overhead rainfall shower with cabin.

Last but not least, the last bedroom of the villa is located on the first floor, featuring a King Size bed (1,80x2,00), as well as double sofa bed, where two more guests can be accommodated and direct access to a balcony with comfy sitting. For your outmost convenience a whirlpool (not heated) is available in the bedroom for endless our of relaxation. The bedroom also boasts an en suite bathroom, a walk-in overhead rainfall shower with cabin, as well as a 2 seater Sauna.

The Villa boasts 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 guests in real beds. Six more guests can be accommodated in the double sofa beds (located in two of the semi floor bedrooms and in the first floor bedroom.)

Enjoy the elegant comforts and convenience of this exclusive residence & its wonderful outdoor area. Take a dip in the outdoor private swimming pool, embellished with a special children’s compartment. Mojitos are best enjoyed around the pool under the hot sun, while a fresh sea breeze gliding in with the tide keeping things cool. Next to the pool (42 m2 and 1.60 m deep) there is also a four seater whirlpool (4.50m2 and 88cm deep), which will invite you into a glamorous relaxation feeling. Let the hydro massage revitalise you, taking all your worries away, or sit back and relax with a G&T in hand.

BBQ facilities (charcoal) and wooden oven are available outdoors for culinary moments, as a well a sink & fridge for your drinks. With bespoke outdoor settings & tableware, don’t miss the opportunity to gather the family for a summer supper in the al fresco dining area. Cook up a wild foraged feast or enjoy the perfect spot lounge area for an evening glass of wine.

For families with a baby on board, our unique luxury baby-friendly Villa provides luxury self-catering with safety, comfort and parents in mind. An outdoor lawn covered playground is available for our younger guests, featuring featuring a slide, a seesaw and two swings.

An outdoor Ping-Pong table and Pool table/Billiard are also available outdoors. Enjoy!

If you don’t have a volleyball or basketball bucket list, now’s the time to make one. So dust off your passport and get ready for a serious case of sports wanderlust.
